Apni Baat - Women in Negotiation

We are conducting a research study surveying employers and employees at urban retail stores in New Delhi to understand workplace negotiation dynamics. As part of the employee survey, we offer respondents support with preparing for negotiations with their employers. We collect respondents' WhatsApp phone numbers and their explicit consent to be contacted via WhatsApp for this purpose.

 

Apni Baat is the name of the WhatsApp chatbot through which this support is delivered. It is a rule-based, numbered-menu bot – the message flow is entirely pre-built and does not use generative AI. All conversations follow a fixed set of pre-defined menu options; no free-form AI responses are generated.
